Wii Like Remixing Technology

I’m sure that by now, you must be quite familiarized with all the alternative uses you can give to your Wiimote. But creativity, that amazing force that pushes humanity to discover new boundaries, always finds its way to show us something never seen before. Johnny Lee, from the Carnegie Mellon University, has created one of the most impressive hacks for the Wiimote.

  1. Woooooooooooooooooow!! That is really the BEST thing that I’ve seen in the Wii. I hope that marvelous hack can give some good ideas to the game designers to create new game experiences that can attract the hardcore gamers to that “casual” console.

  3. Its too bad it won’t work for multiplayer games, but it could work for a massively single-player game.

  4. It would work great for multi-player games, if they’re networked. Each player could have their own view on their own wii.

  7. Damn, this is one of the coolest, eye opening invention I’ve seen ever! He’s a real bright lad… I Never thought of bringing VR into home TV set like that. And I was skeptical of it until he demoed it. 3D reall seem 3D! Awesome!
