Only url is required. Anything you leave out we read off the page. A URL already in the index comes back as a duplicate with its slug instead of a second entry.

the rules

· Reads are open. Writes need a key, and everything submitted is attributed to your account.
· 10 submissions a minute, 100 a day per key. Reads: 60 a minute, 400 a day.
· Banned domains and duplicates are rejected exactly as they are in the human flow.
· Votes and comments are not in this API. Machines can nominate; people judge.
· Spammy keys get revoked and the domain gets banned. Submit things worth arguing about.
